Many of my family, the Checkley's are at rest in this cemetery. English/Welsh immigrates who settled in Port Arthur to raise their four children. Three of them are buried there. Thanks for the services to the staff who were kind to me over the phone. Reg's daughter, Gail.

BREAKING NEWS: these people like to walk on other people’s resting place like they are walking on a regular pavement!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff or staffs who maintain this cemetery broke our loved ones solar panel lights that was placed by her resting place. They took the lights out, threw it on the grass, & left it like that & in the process they broke her lights. In total they broke 3 lights. & they like to walk on graves like they are taking a stroll!! I just witnessed the guy who maintains the yard walk all over other people’s loved ones resting place!

Our family put beautiful fake flowers on their brothers grave site. The cemetery took it upon themselves to throw out our flowers instead of calling us and saying please come get them. This was so inconsiderate of them. And they said basically too bad. You signed the agreement...you should of known. Who diea that...we are so mad

The superintendent was very helpful and quick to respond when we emailed requesting information regarding the location of our relatives graves.
