Moms funeral is tomorrow and I can't express my appreciation enough for the work André has done. Mom's funeral is prepared exactly the way she envisioned it. This is the toughest time of my life, and André's attention to detail, kindness and empathy has felt deeply comforting. Do not hesitate to book or plan a funeral with Cooperative Funeral Home. Funeral director was EXTREMELY rude and hateful. He treated us as if he was doing us a great favour by taking our money to have our loved-one cremated with them. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a funeral home in Sudbury to look elsewhere. This place treats grieving family as if it's solely a business with dollar signs only. No compassion, no respect, no empathy. Terrible experience at a time of vulnerability and grief!

My family and had a very bad experience with them. My mother had prepaid her funeral. She had a very beautiful casket she had chosen and they tried to give the cheapest casket they had. Then they were very pushy for us to start the funeral process. I would never recommend them. We didn't get the service my mother had paid. All together would never prepaid a funeral very bad experience. Including the picture in the frame of my mother they kept it and wouldn't give it to us..management wasn't trustable at all..never would use them

Don't beleive everything that you read. Greiving people are often very angry. Those of us who were very happy with the service received will rarely ever make it here to post something. Took me years to do it myself. A few years ago my grandmother's service was done here. My whole family was treated with nothing but compassion and respect by all who were here. My parents were so thankful and I was so thankful.
