I first contacted Wareing Cremation a day before husband passed away . I thought I completed every thing in our planning, but I had forgot to contact Wareing and complete the paper work, In such emotional turmoil I contact Wareing -Paul answered don't worry we will look after your husband just call when he passes, we will do the paper next day. Well-Wareing were so in tune with my emotions and loss of my husband, I felt at ease with their arrival. Most of all -they didn't rush me I could take time with him. When they took over the men were so caring asked me I like to stay or leave the room. When I did leave they announced they where going to the door. I called Paul the next day to make arrangements he said we can always meet the next day if you like. He was so accommodating. When I entered the Wareing office it, was so relaxing, big spacious and bight. Just Paul and myself and he wasn't all business. I was allowed to express my feeling, The paper work completed, the weight off my shoulders .Wareing, looked after all the major forms etc for government , I was at ease asking question about the cremation wh ere my deceased husband body was, as I new The Lord had come to take him home. I felt so relaxed, he provided me a booklet to take home. I even had time to pick out a URN and Jewellery and Cards. He made everything happen with ease and dignity. Wareing -Paul didn't rush me it was my time to ensure everything was completed as my husband and I planned. When I left, I knew I would be back to ensure my own would be done, Paul called within the week to say we could meet. Wareing - Paul went over all the details slowly and carefully and gave me a pen and paper in case I wanted to take notes. All the government paper/ death certificate etc. were completed , he even had post where I was to sign before mailing off the papers, and most of all he provided the Government phone number to call , with my date -so when I mailed it I could follow in weeks to come. (so special) I had a list of other people I needed to contact to ensure I didn't forget anyone- so efficient, I was at a peace knowing Wareing -Paul had ensured my husband last days were important, just like they were the day he arrived into the world.. Paul carried the blue velvet bag -which contain my husband remains with dignity to van and in parting provided me a box of chocolates to give sweetness to the coming days. Thank you Wareing Paul your THE BEST
