Living a 6 hour drive from Lennoxville, in January, is stressful when dealing with the passage of a parent. Penny and Louis at Cass went well over and above excellent service. So personable, sincere, thoughtful, caring and professional. I cannot say enough about how kind, caring and professionally we were treated during one of life’s most stressful moments. I cannot say enough about the assistance of Mr. Frank Wilson who went above my expectations . Most time was helping me long distance by email and phone calls .Then in person right up to the minute before burial. I grew up in Lennoxville and always appreciated the kindness of a small town. Many thanks for your kindness Frank , and to Penny in the front office. Very kind and professional @ a difficult time. Thank-you from all the Lane Family .

They put the wrong birth date for my father and several emails to them it was never corrected..so I am not sure why this happened. Not the best in my opinion.
