Result, my mother is still in the archives, the ceremony ended badly and I'm not talking about the hassles and emotions that we have been experiencing for 1 month VERY DISAPPOINTED ! !!!!! Rien pour accommoder la famille.Nous ne sommes pas expert dans ce genre de situation mais eux on l'air de s'en foutre. Aucune communication entre la cooperative funereaire et le cimetière. Je fais les même constat des dirigeants du cimetière qui etaient censé me rappelés y a 3 semaine de ça et puis rien. Chacun semble vouloir s'en laver les mains. Je crois que si tout vas rondement, l'endroit peux convenir car y a de bons employés mais lorsqu' il y a une situation a problème ( difficile pour la famille) , ils sont incapables de réglés le dossier dans un respect pour la famille. Résultat, ma mère est tjrs aux archives, la cérémonie as mal terminé et je vous parle pas des tracas et émotion que nous vivons depuis 1 mois TRÈS DÉÇU ! !!!!!

Je demande à la dame sur place comment fait-on pour l’ouvrir et on me répond qu’elle est scellée et qu’il faut la démolir. JAMAIS on ne nous a averti que l’urne était pour être scellée. Désolé mais en 2021 c’est la base non? Sachant que faire des bijoux/autre avec les cendres c’est la mode en ce moment. Nous avons ensuite écrit à celle qui s’occupait nos arrangements. Sa réponse : cette information ne fait pas parti que nos arrangements, nous ne pouvons rien faire pour vous. Ah. Parfait. Je ferai sur de ne jamais recommander votre salon à mon entourage si changer une urne à 250$ est trop pour vous; considérant le prix qu’on vous paye.
