What a beautiful place with such warmth and every detail thought of. I was so pleased also to learn that Northview is less expensive than most funeral homes in London, such a gift during such a difficult time. Being able to switch one's Pre Arranged Funeral to Northview seamlessly was also something I was unaware of, but so pleased to know.

I can not thank Paul and his entire team at Northview enough for how they truly cared for our family through such a difficult time. During this entire process Frank treated everyone in our family including our children like we were a member of his own family. They answered every call, never said no and helped us say goodbye to someone we love and cared about deeply, in a very personal way. They allowed us to say to goodbye to Dad in a way that would have made him proud. I have been to many funeral homes in the past but have never experienced such compassion and professionalism. I would encourage anyone who needs this service to make the call to Northview. I have no doubt they will prove the same service to you. Again thank you for helping our Dad "Joe" be celebrated with respect, dignity and compassion. As a family we haven't stopped talking about the care you gave and we hope your home is the future choice of the Portuguese community.
