Terrible. Most funeral services try to be sensitive and respectful, while keeping the process as simple as possible. I was given inaccurate information and pricing and rude service from the administrative office to the grounds crew.

You spend more money here than you do at a car dealership, but the employees treat you worse than airport security. An experience with this funeral complex can be reenacted at home by simply starting a fire using your wallet as tinder, and leaving your hand in the flame to burn.

The experience you will have will be largely dependent on the funeral director you are assigned at onset. The 2 funerals I planned in the last 3 years were on opposite ends of the spectrum. One was a nightmare of lack of communication, knowledge, delays and contracting mistakes resulting in over 4 months of organizing and finalizing a service! My most recent experience was wonderful, a 2 week easily planned, simple process that resulted in a lovely, confidently planned beautiful service in the chapel with organist and priest. Extra accommodation was provided to me to keep the chapel for some extra time . A beautiful facility and grounds, not outdated at all; and not overly pricey for the location and services......

Never go to this place they are thieves they want to finance their new cemetery and funeral complex on the end of the island in Senneville with the money that steals you! En final, si vous faite affaire avec eux, vous aller payer probablement 60% trop cher ! N’aller jamais à cet endroit ce sont des voleurs ils veulent financer leur nouveau cimetière et complexe funéraire sur le bout de l’île à Senneville avec l’argent qui vous vole !
