In a way this is a strange business that you don't look forward to using but WOW does Richard make the process amazing. If you think all funeral directors are equal, think again! Richard is knowledgable, kind, a great public speaker and a very warm hearted individual. He thought of things like digital assets and Facebook accounts which proved incredibly valuable.
