We stayed there for 2 nites. our kids mis placed they phone when we went to look for it under the bed we found a pair of socks and underwear that didn't belong to any of us. the washroom tubs weren't clean. it seems like they vacuum around the furniture. behind the bed and couches were filthy. the pillows had stains on them. sheets stained when checking out the manager on duty asked us how our stay was and if there were any concerns we mentioned the above issues and honestly he didnt seem to pay attention, no apology, or we will look into the concerns. dont think we be staying there again

Our room smelled musky, our tv kept shutting off or wouldn't turn off, there are 2 pools but ours was closed so we went to the second pool, the water looked dirty and was very out dated, kids were splashing us so we left within minutes

Air conditioner did not work, the hotel solution was to put a noisy box fan in front of the worn out air conditioner to help move what little cool air was coming out of this old worn out air Conditioner. Then they ran a 50$ deposit that was in case of immenaties? What immenities there is no mini bar. So are you charging for the soap? Do not stay in rooms near pool noisy and hot.

The lady at the desk (Shelby) rocks and was so sweet and being a fellow dog lover I felt very welcomed with my dog, they even had a little welcome package for my pup! I was turned away from the alpine inn because they really are not pet friendly( or friendly period) unlike what google or the booking website says, so after travelling all day and finding out I did not have a room, I was left trying to find one on the Canada day weekend. To the rescue came the Sandman hotel. I will most definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Decided to give this place a try on-route from Van to Calgary. It looks like the just went through a renovation which is good. The rooms are big and beds very comfortable. Also pet friendly as we brought out little puppy with us. The pool area looks like the only thing that wasn’t renovated so it was ok. Service was good and they did their best to cater to our needs. Location wise can’t be beat. Right off the Hwy and with Denny’s, A & W, TIM Horton’s, Mac Donald’s, Starbucks all just walking distance away. M8TRIX5 Rating scale Atmosphere/Ambiance ???????????????? The room wasnt decent but could have been cleaner. We booked so we could use the pool and hot tub and the pool area was disgustingly dirty. So much dirt around the pool area. The hottub had a thick film of yellow dirt buildup that you could run your finger through. Not impressed. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The Denny's at the Sandman Revelstoke Is a very good place for locals and travellers. Fast service, decent Bathrooms, Regular Denny's menu of non pretentious Well cooked mills at a reasonable price. Friendly servers. Strongly recommended

Room was gross, not cleaned, toilet was plugged when we got there, bed dirty, etc. Mattress was saggy. Pretty nasty.

Clean and comfy, good location

No problem getting a room however, when we walked into the room the stench of cigarette smoke was overpowering. We were not informed that the room was a smoking room at all prior to entry. Secondly, the towels in the room were dirty and the toilet did not flush at all. We went to the front and asked for a new room which went smoothly and we were happy... Until we went into the second room. Upon inspection, dirty sheets stained with who knows what greeted us. Fairly disappointed in Sandman and their lack of care and attention not only to their rooms but also to their guests. It's ok for a night but I would not recommend it for anything longer.

Comfy & cozy. Revelstoke not the same with the covid. It's worse than Vancouver, literally a ghost town in comparison to the several other times I've been here. The staff here are very friendly & accommodating. This community thrives on tourism, sad to see fear mongering taking hold. On the upside, mother natures finest getting a much needed rest. Definitely one of the better places to stay while in Revy and affordable.

Younger lady at front desk was great. Older bird was rude. We has a room that the fridge was noisy and room not clean. I unplugged fridge cause of noise and behind the cabinet it was in had not been pulled out since it was installed. Toilet seat was loose shower was filthy. Hot water took for ever. Not impressed . For $148.00 we got ripped off. I would never recommend this place. Stay away.

The rooms were clean. Bur the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the outlets all need to be changed as they wouldn't hold a plug very well including the one for the light by the bed. It seems like a fire hazzard.

Room was very nice. No complaints there at all. Only issue was trying to find the check in office. It is a multi building facility and can be confusing trying to figure it all out, especially at night after driving all day.

Price gouging. $400 for one night for a plain room with 2 single beds. Stains on one of the sheets. Old ugly building that has a fresh coat of paint. WiFi doesn’t even load a simple webpage, so forget about Netflix. Indoor pool is insanely cold. I wouldn’t be complaining if this was a motel for $99, but for $400 it is disgraceful.

Older exterior but updated rooms, 2 separate indoor pools, a 24-7 Dennys, a bar, dog friendly, and other food within walking distance. Only down side was 2 queen room was short on free space. I'll be back.
