After months of being held up due to COVID-19 like many of us, my wife and I decided a short local vacation was needed. We planned our activities each day, booked our accommodations at the Holden house in Revelstoke. 2 days after payment was made in full to stay there our request to stay through VRBO was rejected by the home owner. No explanation was given for the rejection. We did ask if we could check in early, maybe the owners didn’t like that? Not happy with the customer service and we should of been given a reason that they didn’t want us to stay there.
