Hotel staff are nice and welcoming, rooms are clean. My problem comes down to the Electric Vehicle Charger. While I appreciate them having them, I've never encountered a hotel that charges to use them. Let alone costing more than DC Fast Charging. I booked this hotel because of the charger and price of the room. If I would have known they charged money for the charger I would have booked at the Ramada. Rather disappointed by this :/

Everyone was extremely friendly. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the other family pretty easily. The room was clean but the beds were very squeaky and old. They would be fine for one person but not really recommended for multiple people. Breakfast was very good though.

Nothing too special or fancy, which is what you want to sometimes when travelling. It's clean, staff are welcoming, the indoor and outdoor hot tubs are in good condition and large. Location is convenient if visiting for a ski trip, only a 5 minute drive to the city centre where there are lots of restaurants. Happy with my stay.

Clean. affordable, Quality to get a good proper sleep.. only has hot tub. but overall its nice place to stay and wake up see the mountain in the Morning.. 5 star for that!!!

Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is basic continental with good waffles. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful - Provided a coupon for free round of golf at local course which was awesome! Staff told us about the fantastic steakhouse just around the corner from hotel. Would stay here agian.

Comfortable and clean. Waffles for breakfast, but no meat (is sausages) which is understandable.

Great location. Suitable breakfast. Clean modern rooms. Staff have been friendly and apologetic for tv's not working. Didn't get the king-sized bed we were promised but it's not a big deal for us. We'd stay again.

Clean, beds were super comfortable, breakfast was great. More on the expensive side but would stay here again

Front desk staff was horrible. Worst customer service and experience at a hotel checking in in over 25 years. I will never return to this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms, it's too bad that it is so close to the railroad yard's. Had a very hard time sleeping

Good location off the Trans Can and our room was located near a door so it made it easy to get our dogs in and out. The room itself was large, clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly for check in and check out and overall, we were happy with our stay. There are several restaurants within walking distance (or a short drive) so that is an option as well if your looking for something to eat.

Simple hotel , but great for what we needed . We traveled from Vancouver to Banff, and stopped in the town of Revelstoke because the journey is too long. The hotel was great for what we wanted : a good night of sleep to recover the energies and continue the trip. Everything worked right in the hotel , the room has a large comfortable bed , very clean and with breakfast included . There was not a continental breakfast with abundance , but for us, Brazilians, who do not eat much for breakfast , was a good size . It had juice, coffee, bagel and waffles. The fruits were not fresh , but otherwise everything was very tasty for the price we paid.

Stayed here a few night ago. It was a good spot to stay for just passing through. The reservation process on the phone was a bit lengthy but the staff on location were great ! The rooms were clean but dated. They also did a bagged breakfast to take with you and fresh fruit to take.

We pulled up infront of the days in nothing special just a hotel in town. We called the booking number online to get quoted $259 for the night we had called five hours earlier & got a quote for $195 however we did not book due to the uncertainty of the B.C forrest fires and where not sure if the road would be open to make it that far on our journey that day. We told them this when ask why the discrepancy on the price from only a few hours either we where told "Suppy & demand" when we asked why is was showing one price online & she was quoting another we where told " well you better book online then" So thank you days inn we booked at the Coast Hillcrest & it was beautiful with friendly staff and good prices. Days Inn really needs to train or replace their call in booking staff & pricing software!!

Clean rooms, good prices.

It was so noisy, you could hear the people in the next room and they were Making a lot of noise/ left early in the morbing, tv was on in the room And we weren¿t able to turn it off - we had to hang blankets over it.
