We lost our father Karl on January 2, 2022 we could not have used a better funeral home. Compassionate Transport Services treated dad like he was alive very professional and caring. Donald was superb to walk with us through the journey. I was also present when dad got cremated. Again so courteous and professional team. Truly caring people.

My son died of an overdose on July 14, not the 15th. The 15th is when he was found. He was left alone by the person who last saw him and failed to render aid. His biological father also failed to render aid or call an ambulance. The biological father actually had the funeral home give my son’s ashes to one of the persons of interest in the case knowing full well the history. My son was legally married to someone else and the spouse had legal rights to the ashes. The funeral home colluded and gave excuses while admitting that what was done was reprehensible. The owner called and was a complete ahole and argued the whole time. You are not fit to deal with human remains you spineless pos and I will be reporting you.

Miles, Lawrence, and the entire team at Paragon were extremely helpful and considerate during a very difficult time for us. Planning a funeral was something I’ve never done and I was overwhelmed, but they were so patient and helpful and made the entire process seamless while answering every email, text, and phone call we had right away. They were professional but at the same time made you feel right at home and not uncomfortable. I couldn’t have been happier with their service, definitely recommend Paragon for anyone who wants a personal, friendly, and helpful experience.
