Extremely kind and courteous. Say it flower is one of the best and most reliable florists that I know. I felt they went above and beyond in so many ways. The arrangement/colour of the flowers was stunning and the vase they offer is beautiful. I had to order in a hurray as my previous order with another company had fallen through and Say it Flower saved the day! The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and was able to deliver my order that day. I was blown away again when they called to let me know the flowers had arrived to my mother in law's house! She was so overjoyed to receive her birthday flowers and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful they looked. I will most definitely be ordering from here again.

I live overseas but wanted a special birthday gift for my mom who lives in Port Colborne. I ordered online during the night (my time) and the next day she was surprised and delighted by the beautiful delivery. She said the boy who delivered it was extremely friendly and the presentation/wrapping were as impressive as the flowers themselves. She's thrilled so I'm delighted.
