Tim really helped make this whole process less stressful. He listened to what we wanted and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend Perna, Dengler, Roberts. I had met with another funeral home prior and all they did was try to upsell me on unwanted and unneeded items.

Did an incredible job. Everything was so easy and it truly was an elegant venue. I highly recommend the personal service and attention to detail they showed. Truly great customer service. They were so empathetic and compassionate. They treated us like family and not clients. Would highly recommend. I would say the best funeral services in buffalo and Williamsville.

Kristie did a great job explaining everything to us. As she spoke, other questions came up and she continued to answer them. Her communication skills are excellent. She attends to every person she's speaking to. She gave us her cell number if we had any questions and yes, we still have a few new ones we'll address after we receive our packet. She's very knowledgable about her field and the home she represents. Definitely an up-and-comer. I do, however, think that the price quoted to us was very high, even with everything that Perna, Dengler, and Roberts promise in terms of hand holding. In the final analysis we chose this home based, in most part, on Kristie and all she did for us.

Sub-par customer service. I've been hung up on, passed off to the cemetery to finalize arrangements, and wasn't provided all the documents paid for. They made a hard situation for our family just a little bit worse. UPDATE: Despite John's offer and my attempts to engage with them, there has been no response from them. Empty platitudes to preserve future business. Beware.

It is so hard to lose a parent. My mom was 97 years old. It does not matter the age of ones parent. It is devastating. We were able to be with her holding her hand as she took her last breath. Her funeral was pre planned with the Perna, Dengle, Roberts Funeral Home. We were able to reach Dignity Pre Plan Services within 20 minutes. The connected us with a member of the Funeral Home immediately. Everything went perfectly. The whole team was there for our family answering all our questions. They were able to take care of all the arrangements. They took into consideration all that we wanted this funeral to be. They helped us honor a wonderful woman, mom, grandma and great-grandma. Thank You John and your team for everything.

They were so compassionate and just made our decisions and choices so easy. Connie was with us from the planning, the visitation , the Mass and even making sure everything was transferred to the luncheon. Any question we had, she quickly answered. Anything we needed, it was provided. We appreciated the fact that she was our contact from day one. There was always a continuity in this journey.and everything was perfect for us. My family worked with Anne at the Maple Road location. We have had 3 deaths in our family in the last 14th months, father , mother and sister. Needless to say it has been horrific. Our dad and sister passed suddenly and although my Dad and Mom had pre-arrangements there was still much to do and we were clueless. Anne met us at the door and from that point on took such wonderful care of us. We are a big family so there were questions coming at her from all angles and she took her time answering all we needed to know with patience. They provided a beautiful service for my mother. But that part of " we work with everyone and do everything to keep an account out of collection" thats a LIE. I was making monthly payments and all of a sudden 2 months passed with no payment? Though my records could easily despute that. Last i knew receiving a letter for a payment due on the 11th, and that payment was sent out on the 5th does not make it late or warrant collection. My hours declined drastically due to COVID im not sure where i was supposed to pull money from. So beware. Unless youre paying for servies in full.

Beautiful funeral home with caring, professional services. Connie Perna was a little dynamo, much like our mom had been in her long life. All the staff were caring and professional, but made it personal. Experience was seamless: death notice, cards, viewing, flowers, wake, Mass and graveside service. Delighted with the personal touches with the presentation of the body, video, wake, Mass and graveside service, among others. Cost was as expected, execution of services far exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.
