Best price in Ottawa for cremation and as good an experience as can be expected for such a difficult time. Staff was friendly, compassionate, professional, no up selling and they let you take your time throughout the whole process. Thank you for the great service in such a hard time :)

Called about a cremation. Woman that answered the phone was very uncouth and uncaring. Treats the situation like you're getting your oil changed on your vehicle. 100% would not reccomend this service if you intend to be treated with respect and understanding. Appalled at their uncaring behavior in a manner of a 3 min phone call. Try Kelly Funeral homes. They were polite, caring, offered condolences immediately and are working with us in an acceptable manner. Shame on whomever answered the phone there.
