Late July, our 8 day old daughter passed away. Every parents' nightmare. Within minutes we were told that our next step was to contact a funeral home. With no clue where to go, a friend mentioned MAK. Before even meeting with him, Jeff Kellam told us that he wanted to help us with the costs. The next day, we met Jeff to discuss our plans for our daughter. The entire staff was extremely friendly not only to us, but our toddler son as well. Jeff walked us through all of the details while being compassionate and acting more like family than a complete stranger. When it came time to sort out the costs, Jeff informed us that MAK would be taking on almost the entire cost. This left us paying a minimal amount to ensure our daughter received the highest standard of care. Jeff has reached out since that time because he is a genuinely good man who is part of a genuinely good organization. Thank-you to the entire staff of MAK

Last year, my family lost my father due to a sudden illness. The good men and women at MAK Funeral Home made what we feared would be a distressing and confusing process into a much more streamlined and straight-forward one. Bill Robinson worked with my family closely and professionally. He really made a difference for my mother during the funeral planning process and navigating the sea of legal paperwork in the following months. I am sorry to say that this was not the only death in the family last year, and we were forced to go to a different, far less helpful chain establishment for the secondary one. This only highlighted the experience and accomodation MAK brings to the table. We cannot express our thanks enough to MAK Funeral Home.
