Owner: Lacking that ability to recognize the non-family member's grieving as critical - more so in its uniqueness - is unprofessional and irreversible. So, that much needed care and understanding of my trauma, my grief, my input was through assistant funeral director Steve Cattell, who allowed me dignity, guidance of comfort through his sincere acknowledgement; and avoidance of judgement.

Recently used their services & the staff made all the difference!! Excellent service! I would like to thank Alison the receptionist especially for providing me with a Rosary for my mother in law to be laid to rest with. Her continuous support and direction was amazing. That girl makes things happen & we appreciated her greatly. Secondly the lady that helped out as a hostess at our reception was so efficient and amazing!! Beautiful older Betty but she was everywhere when needed making sure my guests had an abundance of selection available. Can't thank you all enough. I also want to thank the immediate funeral planning staff for their patience and support in helping us comfortably plan the day. *They also helped with all government forms shortly after the funeral* Truly amazing service !!

Very difficult to get information like tracking number , we have a number but we don't know what companies , and sympathies would be the minimum they should tell you when you tell them your brother left this world .

Debbie was very nice and accomodating, however we have inquired several times for a death certificate and they keep coming up with excuses as to why they cant give it to us and I now have alot of bills piling up in my deceased relatives namebecause they wont look at the obituaries like Debbie suggested we do. I definatel would have chosen another business had I known all this about them

Sandi was the funeral director that handled everything for us; she was kind, compassionate, accommodating and very responsive to requests and questions. Sandi and the rest of the staff were very helpful during a difficult time that was made even worse by COVID restrictions. While this is not a service I want to have to use again, if I do, I will definitely choose Armstrong.
