Second time now I have gone in for a bladder infection, HAD MY CHART LOST OR MISPLACED and was left as the last person seen by doctor "by accident". 6-9hours visit both times. This time, I was yelled at by 2 nurses who apparently were having the worst day of their own- they certainly didnt make any one else's day even mildly pleasant either.

i knew it wasn't going to be good . it was even worse . never could get the nurse and when ya did they were gone before you could get them to help you. BUT ...... they had no problem yelling at you for screaming in pain "telling you to be quiet ". or even better was the you telling them u were going to throw up and they leave ya there then come back after you throw up on the floor and yell at you "your not aloud to throw up on the floor " they want you to use a barf bag ...... but you dont know that its at your feet ..... thanks for letting me know how expendable i really am. then to top it off the doctor sends a report back that there was nothing wrong ( but they had to give you MORPHINE TO GET THE PAIN DOWN )!!!!!!! i had the same thing happen a few days later and just waited . went to my doctor the next day and got REAL help. so i am glad to say dying in my house alone will be a better way to go then going through that rude mess . i put one star cuz it wont let me post it otherwise .

They do what they can. Came in with a gash above my eye from work, was bandaged tightly beforehand to prevent bleeding and scarring on my way to OSMH. I got to triage, they undid my bandages and the wound opened, they sent me to a room and I sat for 2 hours with an open wound. They showed up, glued it while it was open, got glue in my eye and walked away immediately before it even dried. I sat again for 30 minutes and was handed the report saying I came in for a sprained ankle. "This guy doesn't know what he's doing" the nurse remarked. Comforting that a guy who doesn't know what he's doing is taking care of me. Got the correct report for work and my eyebrow is scarred because of gluing an open wound rather than reapplying a bandage while I wait, oh well.

Awesome emergency doctors. Made me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable while they stitched me up. Would go back just to chat.
