I chose Needham Funderal Service out of convenience for the location however they provided me with much more than convenience. My mother unexpectedly passed away, and making arrangements was very new to me but the staff at Needham were kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole process. They were flexible and accommodating while navigating the restrictions of Covid-19 and really went the extra mile to ensure my vision for my mother's service was met despite government mandated limitations.

This Company is a good place to do pre-planning with because the own Funeral Hones World Wide and will bring the body home or offer up the same funeral at an off shore location. No one ever thinks that they will die while on vacation- the benefit of pre-planning.

A good place to turn to for your funeral needs. Fun fact: SCI/ Dignity memorial (all same company).did the funeral for Michael Jackson! They also offered services to many celebrities. If they weren’t good, they wouldn’t have been called forth for their services..... just saying.

This was our second occasion to use Needham Funeral Service London Ontario. We found Rebecca Ballantyne Director very professional, compassionate caring and helpful. The staff there are all the same. Lisa Timpany Managing Director has an excellent Team of individuals who are all very caring. What made us feel special was when Charlie Pole called me by name and commented it was nice to see me again. It had been 3 years since we last spoke. Everyone at the funeral home was amazing and cared. Rebecca is the main person we delt with she was very compassionate and walked us through the process so we could understand it easily. Recently, I had my father-in-law was in the care of the Funeral home. The staff were friendly and very compassionate. The staff helped make the day of burial flow smoothly and was just what we wanted to send him off. Brad was particularly helpful when my grand son had some difficulty with the casket down the stairs , supporting him and the casket . Thank you for making the day the best it could be.

My family has used Needham Funeral Services for both my late Father and Grandmother's funerals. My Father passed away in the States and they helped make bringing him to London a smooth process. Bill was extremely helpful through planning. He is professional but it shows that he is a genuinely kind man. I'm grateful he was the one who helped me plan both funerals. Despite us providing the music selections late for my Father's funeral, Brad was able to find the songs and the service went smoothly. Definitely recommend!
