The staff at John R. Bush were beyond incredible during the entire process. They were so kind, professional, compassionate and didn't overdue anything. Losing my father was one of the hardest experiences I have ever endured and John R Bush gave me piece of mind knowing that everything was being taken care of - flawlessly. Thank you so so much guys.

The service was fine the Staff were knowledgeable. Where the problem lies is with their pricing, they are DOUBLE what other Funeral Homes charge for the exact same service. Make sure you call around for pricing as they will even admit that people complain about their prices. I returned to see if for some reason my bill was incorrect the person that greeted me could not have been more rude. To over charge someone going through the death of a loved one to me is shameful.

Basic cremation anywhere in the city is around $2000. ( on average). Joh Bush quoted me $4272.00. I literally told him you are charging DOUBLE the amount of anywhere else.... they had nothing to say.. Definitely would NOT recommend

No one wants to be in the position of having to chose a funeral home, but if you are, Bushnell is where to go if you want to receive kindness and compassion from people who have clearly found their calling. Sarah and Cory (and every other staff member we encountered) were amazing and there support through the entire process made the seemingly impossible, possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
