I'd like to tell you about the Angel I had the good fortune of meeting today , Cherie Chennell. I was looking for someone to help me get a small sample of both my dogs ashes, one of which who only passed a few days ago, out of their urns. This wonderful lady, tried her best to open my other dogs urn, which was sealed shut, and offered me many options to try and put his cremation in ,as the urn had to be broken into. Not only did she very dignantly put Sam's ashes into a new urn, but being a slightly larger dog than my recent pup, she had the great idea for part of him to share Gizmos. What a great way for my boys to be "together" perpetually. Thank you Cherie. I can't tell you how stressed out I've been, being new to town, running around with a sick dog from hospital to hospital, your treating my boys with such dignity, and even getting the cremains sample for my memorial so my hands wouldn't shake, is appreciated beyond words. This shows me the care and respect that this family funeral home takes for ALL family members, even the four legged ones :)

We were there for my mother and the care and service we received from this family-run funeral home was unparalleled. They were very informative and patient when we first went in with questions and when we confirmed to use them, they hit the ground running. It was as if they were caring for their own family member. All the staff were gracious, caring and kind, making the sad occasion for our family members more bearable - knowing they were there to help and guide us through the hard time. Special thanks to Jen and Tom, who were there mostly when we were - for taking such good care of my mom and the rest of our family.
