My husband and I were attended by a person so loving, so wonderful that I was impressed, she was just wonderful. the name of the family counselor who attended us is DANIELA LAMONACA, I indicate her a 100% in professionalism, care when explaining and answering all your questions, you will leave the place with everything clarified, and with a friend in your heart. I loved the place, I loved Daniela, and I recommend it to all the services of this memorial funeral home. I am feeling calm now because I have everything done by her. They constantly create hazards for pedestrians by parking their vehicles on and blocking the sidewalk while facing the wrong direction of a one-way street. I hope this isn't a business strategy but this behaviour forces strollers and children into the middle of the street.

The staff of jared and dignity are super compassionate. They are willing to work with you and your family with both financial situations, and religious beliefs. I came to them for my grandpa years ago, and it was their compassion, and hospitality that made me come back a couple of weeks ago for my grandma. Their staff took the time to explain the various packages they offer, and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. This was especially appreciated during a pandemic. Planning a funeral is always a difficult experience; doing so during provincial lockdowns due to Covid-19 restrictions was beyond difficult. The staff at Jerrett Funeral Homes St Clair was incredibly helpful and understanding to our family. They accommodated our large Italian family to the best of their ability while adhering to provincial mandates. They helped guide us through each step of the process from visitation to burial, and were very patient and understanding as we bombarded them with numerous questions and changes to visitation appointments. The entire staff was incredibly supportive; especially Greg, Maureen, Daniella, and Stephen. I could not have gone through the loss of my dear mother without all the helpful people at Jerrett Funeral homes. The loss of my mother was sudden and very unexpected we were not prepared at all and this was the first time I was presented with the task of planning a funeral. Stephan was a dear angel he helped us with all our choices in getting the service ready. He was able to walk us through all the choices remotely so there was no need to leave our home as I don’t think I would have been able to leave the house. Every question I had he answered within minutes, he answered all of my questions through multiple phone calls on my part and was always so helpful and kind. On the day of the service every thing was beautiful and my dear mother looked absolutely beautiful the team did an amazing job getting every detail perfect. My mother was an absolutely classy lady and I know she would have appreciated all the details. My final meeting was with Daniela who helped my father apply for all the government benefits and made that a very smooth process and I would not even know where to begin. She treated me like a family member and even stayed behind to chat to check in how I was doing. This was very much appreciated and needed. I will never forget the kindness I was shown through this whole process thank you so much Stephan & Daniela.

I will attempt to keep this review concise, however I have so many positives to share that it may prove difficult. Loosing my father was even more difficult for me because I live in the UK and had to plan everything as an emergency and lay him to rest within a week of his passing. The resultant distress and anxieties were eased due to actions of this remarkable team. Communication: Exceptional! Paige and Maureen responded so quickly to my emails, it was remarkable. In each email, they managed to portray that they understood how difficult a time this was for me and that they cared. Care: Extraordinary! The team demonstrated GENUINE compassion and empathy which positively impacted on my mental health as it was such a terrible and distressing time for me, a whirlwind in-fact. They did everything humanly possible to assist me and make things easier and managed to get the right balance between personable and professionalism Venue: Remarkable! Absolutely beautiful! So comfortable, spacious, spotless, warm and welcoming Funeral Day: Beautiful! Frank, Marco, Katie and Veronica created a peaceful, calming and beautiful environment. I arrived in a stressed state but the patience and calmness of Frank, the phenomenal organisation of the event, the excellent communication given to me and attendees served to bring peace and enabled me to focus solely on the final goodbye service. My father looked beautiful! After care: My goodness! The little touches such as a candle with a photograph on were lovely and I was blown away by the availability of bereavement care. A five star service! Exceptionally high standards of care! Amazing staff! I honestly cannot thank you enough.

During these very difficult times due to the pandemic, the staff were very reassuring and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our family felt safe, secure and comfortable throughout the service.
