This company takes pet cremation very seriously and handles every aspect of things respectfully and with great attention to detail. We trust them completely with our last wishes for our furry family members. We would recommend them to anyone who feels like their pets are family (because they are).

My boy Garfield has paased on July1 he would have been 17 on August 13. He managed to fill our life with so much and in the end we were unsure what to do next. Till we meet again came to the rescue. On Friday, we brought our beautiful yellow labrador Diesel to Until We Meet Again in Victoria for our final goodbye. Overcome with grief because of our unbearable loss, we were greeted by Erin who might as well have been wearing a white robe, wings & halo as she was like an angel...loving, patient, compassionate, healing and comforting with her soft spoken voice and gentle touch. Both Erin and Alex treated Diesel with the utmost respect and dignity. They also never forgot for a moment how broken we were being there and treated us with that same respect and dignity. We are forever thankful and will always remember the kindness and the loving care.

Amazing experience. I strongly recommend Until We Meet Again, amazing staff and amazing results. We couldn't have asked for better care. Though the outside of the building is misleading; the interior was well set up and gave a calming effect upon entering. The staff member that assisted us(Alex) was very sympathetic during the entire process. Alex was very professional and helped us make some of the harder decisions. The end results are above and beyond what I expected and we are truly grateful for Until We Meet Again taking care of our pets final journey.

On Nov. 3 2017 we lost our best friend , our baby ! Erin at Until we meet again is just such a caring, loving person who helped us through a very emotional time . My husband and I were overcome with grief and really didn’t know where to start with saying our goodbyes and she helped us through the process with such compassion . We feel they honoured our baby with such dignity and they did such a beautiful job of engraving our special message onto her urn , presentation is beyond what we expected! I really can’t say enough good things about this company. I recently had to put my pet of 12 years down due to cancer. This was difficult as he was special to me, and he had years of life left in him otherwise. The people at Until We Meet Again (Victoria) were incredibly understanding, clearly loved animals as much as I did, and made an extra effort to insure there were no problems with the process. Though my family and I never had any direct dealing with this organization, I still cannot thank Until We Meet Again enough for the comfort brought by just knowing our companion, Fonzie, was treated with respect and care during his cremation. When we had said our goodbyes to Fonzie at Victoria Central Vet Hospital, it was hard not knowing what was going to happen next. I worried where he'd be going, how his remains would be handled, and how'd we'd receive them. When a few days later his ashes were returned to us in an engraved wooden urn, accompanied by a lovely card of condolences and a pamphlet on dealing with grief following the loss of a beloved family pet, I felt such peace. It was easy to see that Fonzie had been handled with the utmost compassion, and it was easy to see that the folks at Until We Meet Again truly understand the loss experienced when a family pet passes. To the owners and staff at Until We Meet Again: you are all such kind-hearted people. You offer an essence of comfort to those dealing with what are devastating losses. You are truly unsung heros, bringing forth compassion and kindness in what are very trying times. Thank you so much for what you have done for my family and what you continue to do for so many others.

Our daughter's beloved rat, Ava ,was euthanized and UWMA took care of the private cremation and paw print. WOW , they were so respectful, professional, compassionate and exceeded our expectations in every way possible.
