I called Oak Bay Flower Shop in a bit of a panic yesterday. I hadn't realized it was my mother in law's 90th birthday! I spoke with Wendy who said not to worry, she would have a beautiful bouquet delivered that afternoon. When the flowers arrived they were gorgeous and my mom in law was thrilled. She said she had never seen such a beautiful bouquet with so many unique blooms! Thank you Oak Bay Flower Shop! Excellent customer service and fabulous flowers!

The Oak Bay Flower shop delivered an exquisite bouquet for an important event. Wendy w as recommended to me by someone who knows flowers and thought Oak Bay Flowers the best Victoria has. I was ordering from another province and left the choices up to Wendy, merely saying I wanted something special and would last as long as possible. Beautiful bouquet and excellent service. The owner was communicative and had to make several attempts to deliver the flowers, because the recipient's apt buzzer and phone hadn't been hooked up yet, but they managed to get them there on the specified day, which I truly appreciated.

10/10 - If I could give the Oak Bay Flower Shop a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. These folks are top notch and I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and co-workers. I have already started telling people that this is the place to go. After having a negative experience at another local shop and leaving, I found myself at Oak Bay Flower Shop and have gone there at least 3 times over the past couple of months for friends and family who have passed. Each time, the lead florist and team members have been outstanding. They are kind, thoughtful and great listeners. Each time, the team has been able to put together a bundle or single stem flower in exactly what I was looking for, even if I didn't fully know what I wanted myself (my knowledge in flower arrangements is very minimal). While I hope that the next time I am looking for a flower arrangement is not for a funeral/memorial, I know that the Oak Bay Flower Shop will be able to create the best bundle to fit what I am looking for. Thank you for your kindness. I've included two photos but they do not do them justice.

Ordered 2 arrangements totalling about 150.00. First was pretty good, mostly what I asked for. The 2nd arrangement, 2 days later, sent to a dear friend, was like no arrangement I have ever seen. Red long stem, yellow gerbera, and a spray of orange roses. Did they look at the order and think, wellhead, let's just throw this at it? I tried to phone to convey my disappointment. Too busy to even take a message. Try your call again. You get a three cause the lady on the phone last week was do nice. I am going to stick to thorn and thistle from here on in. Oak bay flowers not consistent in my eyes.

I needed a small bouquet for my anniversary photos but I did not have a chance to order it in advance. I showed a couple of inspiration photos to the staffs there and they made a perfect bouquet immediately! There was limitation of flowers at the shop to make what I was looking for, but they definitely know what they are doing! The bouquet was beautiful and I got unforgettable memories and great photos with the flowers! I really wanted to return to the shop to say thank you but I did not have a chance. Thank you!
