I am completely disgusted with this companies practices. We are in very difficult times and it is already extremely stressful to not be able to have a proper burial for your family member, loved one of friend. Unfortunately video streaming is the new norm to at least have some closure and a chance to say goodbye. The fact that they would not have live customer service support and their contact phone number directs you to send an email regarding your concerns or issues with a live stream is simply callous and abhorrent. My Aunt's funeral live stream cut out 9 mins in and we still have no idea if we will ever get to see the remainder of the service. I called several times and sent emails and no response. In fact they direct you to send an email and don't even have a voicemail. Just another heartless company capitalizing on peoples grief while providing little value or service.

This weekend was the visitation service and subsequent funeral service for my grandmother. Because of the pandemic, I was unable to make it to the service and so I was looking forward to the next best thing, which was an online service hosted by the funeral home through Live Memorial Services. However there were technical difficulties with the stream in switching over to the live feed. Waiting to attend the visitation and the funeral service, we had a waiting screen greet us and I had to call multiple times to try and sort it out. I missed the live stream of my grandmother's funeral service because of this. I know these are unprecedented circumstances, but these events mean a great deal to a lot of people and so I am incredibly disappointed that even after the first day of difficulties, there were still issues on the final day of services at perhaps the most important one.

The Family of Rose Hooley (held on Jan 11, 2022 ) would like to express their appreciation for your services. The Family who attended in person have all commented on how nicely everything was arranged & presented. However, us family members who attended virtually could NOT HEAR our family who gave their heartfelt speeches, as the volume continued cutting in & out & was extremely low. The only one who was a bit clearer was Michael, probably due to his experience as a speaker & his deep voice. This issue also included the Host, who constantly moved her head from side to side & was only heard when she spoke directly into the microphone. We also did not have the opportunity to view the slide presentation , as the video operator neglected to Zoom in for the benefit of us attending virtually. So in lieu of the expenses paid & the disappointment of us attending virtually, we are bringing these concerns to your attention . We hope these issues can be rectified for your future clients so that they can thoroughly enjoy all aspects of your services offered. Sincerely , Kathryn Bihun

I was so grateful for this service. I wish I could have attended in person but because of covid we could not travel to say our goodbyes. I had no problems with the streaming at all. Thankfully, we were able to tune in to watch the livestream of my sister's service so we could have the final goodbyes. Thank you for offering this service and giving me the chance to "attend".

Only a single camera at the back of the chapel. Cannot really see the people at thr front when they are speaking. Impossible to see the video presentations. The service went slightly long by a few minutes, but was abruptly cut off about 3 minutes before the sevice ended, when it would have been possible to see the faces of the people in attendance as they departed.

Still waiting to view a service that was supposed to be yesterday, live! Only thing they updated on their website while people were refreshing their page for hours was a time change that didn't happen. If you're having technical difficulties, update that to your website. No one answers the phone, no one responds to the support email. This is not right.
