My sister was diagnosed with cancer when she became terminal Vickie and Roger and staff at the time were supportive, amazing and helpful in pre planning my sisters funeral. They were very comforting, accommodating and everything was as good as it gets for a funeral when the time came.. I highly recommend them for your funeral needs, it's not something easy to do. They make it as easy as possible for you.

Our family had the worst experience here a couple months ago. The young funeral director (Tianna?) was quite rude to several family members because things weren't going well. She also seemed to be unorganized, which contributed to the tension. I would not recommend this funeral parlour. EDIT: Upon a response from the funeral home, some further clarification is needed. I'm not surprised. I was not involved in making the arrangements, and likely not mentioned, but want to relay to the public the disappointment many of us felt while at the funeral home and at the funeral service. The interactions occurred at a time when I or my family saw no other staff members in the vicinity. When looking at your web page today, I am certain it was the employee I mentioned as I recognized her instantly from the picture. I will not cause further grief to my family by publishing their name here or in a phone call. My family is very polite and would rather put this behind them as I'm sure you would understand. You may take that or leave it, it is not my concern, this is a review and recommendation.

Roger Gervais and Jennifer and staff were very sympathetic and made this tough time for my family much easier for my family to deal with. You couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with in these unfortunate situations. My mom was so impressed with all the help dealing with all the paperwork, the grief,and making the whole experience very easy. Thank you so much for everything during these tough times.

My father inlaw Brian Eltringham recently passed unexpectedly and the care and compassion we were given especially by Beverley was very comforting my mother inlaw was going through a very difficult time was nice to see the professional and compassionate care she received and being included in all discussion making before hand I would totally recommend this home ????

The funeral director in charge of a family member’s funeral arrangements was extremely unorganized and did not have solid background knowledge pertaining to her job. Our pre-funeral meeting had left us with confusion surrounding arrangements and financial options. She was unable to assist and prompt us during the visitation, (saying “it’s up to you” as to what we should do, rather than giving us directions like we wanted) and therefore no one was stationed at the door to greet guests, no one knew where to hang coats, which visitation room to go to etc. Additionally, when announcing cemetery details, they did not provide specific instructions which resulted in guests going to the wrong cemetery location. The staff did not wait for all cars to go into the procession, and did not wait for all guests to arrive at the cemetery. Overall, we had a very unorganized day, which disappointed a number of family members. I would not recommend this funeral home based on employee incompetence.

This funeral home needs a big big face lift and some renos! Horrible layout, furniture old and mismatched, carpet/paint is old. Was here for visitation not long ago and the facilities look very outdated, old and dirty... needs some TLC. Been to other funeral homes in the area (Welland and Fonthill) and their facilities were stunning, clean, welcoming and the perfect decorating for a funeral home! No one greeted us at the door, no donation money taken, and the visitation room looked very run down. Owners need to take a look at what is happening and come up to the times of what people expect out of an establishment as this. No wonder they are no longer busy. I would bring my loved ones to another home
