I attended a funeral for my best friends mum and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were great and very professional. The gentleman who spoke for my friends family spoke so well and really took the time to get to know who the mum really was. I would highly recommend this funeral home to all my friends and family looking for a place that will listen, be respectful and help them during a difficult time.

The service my family received from Vanessa and the rest of the stuff deserves a 0 star rating. They are unethical and have no sign of empathy whatsoever, they are just after the money and didn't care about honouring the contract we had with them. We had to cancel the contract given the dishonesty we noted dealing with them, and even that was a burden despite the fact that the contract clearly stipulated that we have the right to cancel anytime. All in all I do not recommend this home, visit other options you won’t be disappointed as their services are really not hard to beat by anyone.

Contacted Kelly via their website Oct. 13 to arrange an imminent cremation. Never got a real response. I know the request went through because their site gave me the Thanks For Contacting Us form letter. Here we are over 2 weeks later and zero contact. I'm pleased to have given my business to another company.

We had the worst experience I would never wish for any other family. We signed a contract with Vanessa to bring my nephew to Ottawa from Toronto, and to prepare him for burial In Africa after the family had an opportunity to see the body. Then every interaction after that was lies after lies, come to find out they had contracted out the subsequent steps and never planned to bring the body to Ottawa. When we lost trust in them, we asked to cancel the contract they again tried to give us the run around, and when we asked for an acknowledgement that we requested a cancellation, Marie asked us to leave and threatened us to call the police. We refused and the police came, we explained to them what we are looking for. In the end we got the acknowledgment we wanted, so much aggravation that could've been spared a family that was already going through a rough time dealing with the tragic loss of their son. In short, horrible service full of lies and NO compassion whatsoever. No recommendations for this place .

Thank you to the entire staff, you are are wonderful and we are lucky to have you all in our community! I would highly recommend anyone that I dealt with there!
