Competent and professional staff , however they are very cold and unfriendly . not overly understanding or empathetic . Expensive and not the most personalized or memorable services . Overpriced . I’ve had a lot of loved ones waked here . I will say state of the art cremation and embalming equipment .

Would give a zero if I could. My family went to cauls to start the process of cremation for my father. They asked if he had a will and that they needed a copy. He didnt have a will and still demanded to see one. Then they refused to take care of my father because they said he was too big of a liability. Then they called other funeral homes in st.johns and told them not to accept my father. This is down right ridiculous. Absolutely heart breaking.
