Kudos to this funeral home. Although I was only able to tour it on Google Earth, I was able to experience how warm and friendly of an environment it offers. Above all, I noted that this funeral home had a whopping 67 tissue boxes! Most definitely, this is one of the top-most funeral homes for tissue boxes. I find this comforting, as they have an unlimited amount of tissue boxes for my unlimited amount of tears after losing a loved one. Amazing!

Eva & the rest of the staff are honestly the most genuine people ive ever met. They went over and Beyond all our expectations. My grandmothers service was beautiful. This is the second time I have used the services of Cardinal Funeral Home to help with planning the funeral of a departed family member. The staff are respectful, professional and mindful when offering options. You do not feel rushed or pressured to choose anything beyond your wishes (or budget). Aaron was so helpful in guiding me through the whole process of cremation, which was new to me. And Jude went above and beyond to take care of an unexpected personal family issue that came up. Truly a very good experience, despite the sad circumstances. Every staff memeber at Cardinal was special. Each provided exceptional service, with compassion, and respect. They are most certainly devoted to ensuring their clients are well taken care of. Special mention to Justin, and to Mike for taking care of us and answering every question quickly, and informatively. I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to CARDINAL funeral homes if they would’ve had more stars I wouldn’t give them over 100 i’m glad CARDINAL funeral homes was there on my difficult journey to recovery on my mom‘s passing I’d like to start by thanking the staff for an amazing job on my mom‘s Appearance I didn’t know what to expect when I walk into CARDINAL funeral homes all my other experience was terrible as I made my way to my moms casket the staff was amazing the lobby looked amazing and very beautiful flowers I seen my photograph on the TV screen telling which room she’s in that was so beautiful and as I’m going towards that room I didn’t know what to expect and the staff always by my side supporting me I felt really comfortable as soon as I seen my mom in a casket my God she look like she was sleeping she looks so beautiful they did an amazing job on my mom and they put a beautiful flower on my mom‘s dress her favourite colour I know my mom is gone but in my heart she lives forever and thank you to CARDINAL funeral homes for making this wonderful experience a wonderful one she was very beautiful and the funeral service was amazing never expected this kind of a service from a funeral as I wonder to myself why is this funeral home different why the staff is wonderful and my mom she looks so beautiful before the close the coffin I ask one of the staff is it OK if I could kiss my mom for my last time she said to me absolutely and she stood by my side comfort me on this difficult time and moment of my life as they asked us to stand outside because I was gonna carry my mom’s Casket as I’m waiting for them to bring the casket I look to my right and this is a family owned funeral home they have the history displayed on the wall as my mom‘s castle came out beside me I left the funeral home with happiness and joy because I was so happy my mom was in good hands with the staff of CARDINAL funerals home I like to thank all of the staff for an amazing job and thank the owners for keeping the funeral home like at home God bless you and I will highly recommend CARDINAL funeral homes to anyone God bless

My mother was buried with Cardinal, and we had a rather dis-likable experience. When we bought the funeral 10 years ago they were quite polite, now that we needed their services, we were incredibly disappointed. They no longer had the prayer cards, they no longer had the coffin, and at one point the director said they would simply cancel the entire contract and refund the money. If we had been rude or belligerent, I would understand, but we simply wanted what we had paid for, and was shocked with their aggressive tactics at such an awful time. Long story short, great service when you're spending money, but when it comes time to fulfill their services, expect them to be a lot less professional.

Great customer service. I felt very comforted by every staff member I interacted with. They delivered a beautiful service for my aunt. I know my aunt would have appreciated the small touches the staff added such as candles and a flag from her place of birth. They kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process. I was also impressed by their after-funeral family support service. I felt more confident navigating the steps after my aunts passing. The passing of any loved one creates a large chasm in the hearts of the collective and collected family. Tears are shed and memories recalled. The outstanding team at Cardinal helped me and my family through this difficult process. They were instrumental i making the arrangement to move my mom from Edmonton to Toronto and then to make all of the arrangements is a seamless, professional, and empathetic fashion that went above and beyond anything that I have experienced in any industry.
