I really want to express my gratitude to Kim At Cache Valley Mortuary. Kim has been so wonderful I meet him 5 years ago when my father passed. He was so caring and gave us comfort. He was so sweet with my stepmom every time he saw her he had a hug for her, and she a smile for him. Kim always took time to stop and visit she said he is such a good guy. Mom passed last October it has been really hard, Kim has such a way of giving you comfort and he sincerely cares. He knew how much I loved my stepmom and helped me with the grieving. And it doesn't stop there Kim will be a life time friend. I'm so grateful to Kim and his staff for all the Comfort and Love they have given to us. Such a Awesome Place Sincerely Linda Larsen

My experience with CV Mortuary was brief but incredibly positive. Not only were the funeral directors incredibly kind and sweet... One of them dropped my dad's ashes off personally with my mother, saving her a trip to the mortuary. What a kind, sweet, caring gesture. I know it's probably tacky to discuss prices when reviewing a mortuary, but we never felt any pressure to do anything, to pay ______, or other horror stories you may have heard about mortuaries. If death can be a positive experience at all... Cache Valley Mortuary really took care of my dad, they helped my mom feel comfortable, and they catered to OUR needs. I highly recommend Kim, Keith, and their team. Thanks for helping me and my family through an incredibly difficult time.

The compassion and care under which they run their services are unparalleled. I recently attended a service for my friends viewing and burial. as I entered the room there was a gentleman that approached numerous people he told them love you by love you by. he was basically telling us to hurry up with are goodbyes and not to take long. as I walked up to the casket the gentlemen approached the family standing there beside the casket and told them they need to hurry up with the service. he was so disrespectful and cold hearted towards the loved ones and family coming to say there last goodbyes. so would not recommend this compony to assist in the burial of a loved one thanks.

Justin Wilson was so amazing when my mom passed away on November 7,2021.When he came to get her he was so loving and respectful to us and my mom. He told me that he would take good care of her. When we(my family) met with him to discuss the plans of my moms arrangements he was so understanding and knowledgeable about what we wanted. He prepared my mom and she was BEAUTIFUL!!!! He took such great care of her and us. Justin handled the first viewing the night before the gravesite ,he evened wore a PINK tie which was my mom's favorite color. Kim came home to perform the gravesite service. He was amazing also. They treated us like family ,so compassionate and kind and loving .Always asking us if they could do anything for us. I would recommend Cache Valley Mortuary to anyone that asked. They also did a superb job 2 1/2 years for my Dad's passing. Thank you Justin and Kim you are amazing !!!!

I assure you, you will not find better service. With the recent deaths in my family, this is who we have gone to, and we have not had any disappointments whatsoever. The people who work here are wonderful and peaceful. They are beyond helpful and they make a troubled heart feel a bit more at ease. The mortuary itself is a clean, pretty place. We lost two children in the last 5 years, with our first son we used another company here in the valley. It was a very challenging, cold, and unsupported. From Kym at Cache valleys we received such unbelievable love, support, and guidence from the moment he came to the hospital. He showed such a respect for my son, for us. He laughed with us, he helped us celebrate his life. He worked with us financially, and stuck to the amount we agreed on. He followed up with us several times after his death. He's an amazing man.

Justin was outstanding and so patient with our family, he went above and beyond even wearing a Dallas cowboy tie to our brothers funeral and a purple one for our mother. We decided to hold the viewing and funeral service there which became pretty maxed out at 150+ but if you are just doing a viewing many more could have fit. Would highly recommend them.

My family cannot thank Kim and his staff enough for their kindness and professionalism after the death of our father. Kim was so kind and even met with us on Sunday to start the difficult process. He gave us Idaho potatoes that we joked were “funeral potatoes” and we enjoyed them that very afternoon. He really did take care of us. It was raining on the day of the service but the staff provided us with a tent and everything thing else that we needed. I want everyone that gets this post to know what a wonderful Mortuary it is. They went way beyond any of our expectations. We talked with Brad White and Funeral Director, Kim J Godfrey, they were both so friendly, kind and caring. There was never a bit of pressure or demands to do things a certain way. There was very good suggestions. We were able to dress our nephew after Kim had taken care of covering the private area so we were not uncomfortable in the rest of the dressing process. Kim also helped us with that as we needed it.We were so unquestionable happy with the way this was handled. We were able to witness our loved one laid to rest in the crematorium and the door closed. I felt like I knew he was being wrapped in a blanket of warmth and not in the cold ground. It was a very wonderful experience for me. I had already purchased my cremation insurance with Cache Valley Mortuary a few years earlier and after taking part in this experience I am so very, very happy to have gotten it here. There is no doubt in my mind that my family and I will be treated with the utmost respect and kindness we could ever ask for in a mortuary. Please, Please don't make any commitments to any other mortuary with out comparing everything offered to what Cache Valley Mortuary would offer, and when you do make sure you compare every thing you are being charged for are the same things in all mortuaries. Because some things are added on after you see the supposed price. Cache Valley Mortuary will not take advantage of your fragile state of mind. I cant express how much love and appreciate I have for the employees here. Kim was so amazing and so easy to work with. He let us take as much time as we needed to say goodbye to my dad and again to my grandma. They were great cheerleaders who helped me get through the services and the times that were so hard. I could not have asked for a more special and peaceful farewell with my dad. Kim Godfrey took such great care of my family. He helped us mourn, laugh, and spend time with my special dad. We went in numerous times to see him, and I even went alone for over an hour. I was welcomed each time with open arms by Kim, and set up very peacefully to enjoy my last moments with my dad.
