The cemetery itself is unremarkable but this is the access point for the Yellowknife Ice Caves. Trek across the bay to get here. Once here, simply head West along the edge of the "cliff" or follow the creek/ravine to the ice caves, approximately 500m further in. Make sure you bundle up for the trek across the bay especially if the winds pick up.
