They make me fell like that they really care about my lost.After my husband's funeral, I spend more than two hours just sit beside my husband. No one come to push me ,no one come to say even a word. Funeral home has a the worst manager I have ever come across. Did not let us in to the viewing to see a family member and yelled at us telling us to get off the property that we are disgusting. How is someone like this working everyday with people that are grieving.

Overall the service provided by the funeral home was excellent until we arrived at the cemetery. I was a pallbearer for a family member and arrived at Prospect cemetery after noon on Mar. 11, 2019. The burial site is just north of the mausoleum near St. Clair. and about 30 metres west of the interior roadway. The grounds were covered with solid uneven ice and there was only a couple of non-slip covers near the road and around the grave. There were a number of older people, a couple with walkers and everyone struggled to walk to the grave. As pallbearers, we were asked to roll out the casket from the hearse, turn 180 degrees on the ice wearing very slippery dress shoes and walk about 5 metres to the grave. After the service was over, everyone had to make the journey back across the ice again to their cars. Thankfully no one fell. I believe that the funeral director should have asked the cemetery's support staff to provide additional rolls of non-slip material over the entire area. I hope this is used as lessons learned going forward for the benefit of others in similar situations.

I recently attended a service for a close family friend. All I can say is that the level of service and professionalism was impeccable. The funeral home is very well organized and the staff are very friendly. On the day of the funeral "Brad" organized what seemed to be a flawless service. He has a very calming demeanor and was with us all day. As a pallbearer, as a friend and as an observer, this funeral home is by far the best I have set foot in. When I tell you this is the best funeral home in the city, you can believe these words. Brad, is the most empathetic and professional person who puts on beautiful service. His words were healing in our time of sorrow. My grandmother passed in March of 2019, it is November 2019 and we just left a beautiful service they held at a local church where the showed a slide show of all the people who passed this year. It was a beautiful 15 minute memorial service in November which is my grandmothers birthday month. They brought coffees, sweets and candles to take home after the service. We are so content that we chose Vescio Funeral Homes and that we get to work with Brad and his team. If you want to give your loved one the memory they deserve, go with Vescio. We had a service there for my father Antonio Soares sadly passed away Sept. 2021 and we were heart broken confused and not sure where to start. We called Vescio and we made a appointment and everything was done and answered for us. They made it so easy and simple for us at our worst moment they helped so much and we will forever be grateful. The service they provided at this sad time will be remembered. Anything we wanted or needed they were there to help no questions asked. A pallbearer lost his flower and they replaced it at the church no problem that is just one example.
