From the moment they answered the phone when I called... straight through to the moments my grandmother was brought to the airport after the family visitation, this chapel on Weston Road stepped right up! Their knowledge and expertise on everything required to send my grandmother to Jamaica was on point. Words aren't enough. Saying thank you, I believe just doesn't cut it. Scott's funeral home on Weston road deserves all awards for having the greatest customer service. Their team automatically embraced me as their own. With respect, and honour, they took care of Mama G. Tracey, you and your team were phenomenal. Going above and beyond is an understatement. To all the staff involved; Chris, Nicole, Michelle, Dayle, thank you for being so professional. Thanks for being patient and for being kind. I could write many novels about Scott's, and I still wouldn't think I've done them justice. Once again, from the bottom of my heart- thank you. Keep doing what you do.
