They helped with the service for my brother-in-law. While the majority of the staff were genuine and friendly, (especially one young woman), the man responsible for the music and slide show was less than friendly and showed little compassion when my husband (who lost his brother) asked him a question. I was quite taken aback by this. I feel that staff should be friendly, welcoming and compassionate to work in such a business.
