We laid to rest my Father in law, unfortunately like so many due to covid. It was all of sudden and we knew nothing about next steps. Chris made this process so smooth. We had so many questions and he knew how to answer every single one of them. Losing a family member is not an easy thing but I am SO GRATEFUL that we had Chris, Lisa, and James there at every step of the way. My suegro's celebration of life was just beautiful, it was not what I expected at all. They all go above and beyond and truly listen to the family when we spoke about my suegro(he loved his motorcycles) and they did an amazing job of incorporating this. My mother in law was truly touched and very happy with all the work done. She said, "thats my husband, he looks just the same as always". Again, THANK YOU! Just an amazing staff!!

Decent size for an oversized family like ours but the staff was very rude “enough is enough” that’s what was being said to us as we walked out when it was only 9pm we were told it was till 9:30pm. To work in a funeral home you have to have respect for the family mourning their loved one.

It was One of the hardest moments of our lives but they made planning my dads service very easy . They were very patient and understanding. All of our questions and concerns were answered. They made sure the service was beautiful ..Thank you once again for helping us through such a difficult time.

Okay, If you’re looking for a speedy service. Was very saddened by the lack of respect they showed the family, who has used Gowen’d for multiple generations. The. Family was not able to spend 15 minutes after the service, at the graveside. Immediately a crew came rushing in to uncover the grave, a Tractor running in the back ground. They could have at least waited for the paying customer- the immediate family, to leave and to spare them the pain of the burial. Also, they did not provide instructions to the procession to together through traffic lights, causing our line of cars to be divided and deal with traffic hazards themselves.

I had the hardship of having to lay to rest 3 angels of GOD in 2.5 years. In all 3 occasions that I used Crabiel Funeral Home I was able to grieve because Lisa took care of everything. The level of professionalism and sympathy provide by Lisa and the team at Crabiel is top notch. This difficult time turn into a celebration of life because of the team at Crabiel.
