J Kevin Tidd Funeral Home is an absolute amazing funeral home. They help you in every way you can think of and every way you don't think of! And believe me when your loved one has passed you don't think of everything! My mother had her funeral preplanned. And there were a lot of little details we hadn't thought of but the funeral home knew about them and helped us with those too. I even misplaced the packet of the certified death certificates and copies that I was given. I panicked called, called Sarah at the funeral home, and she reassured me that they still had a certified death certificate. She both texted and emailed it to me so then I could pass it on to the company's I needed to. If you need help with the life insurance or a retirement fund they even help you with that! At the viewing and at the service the people they have working for them are so extremely polite. They help you, help the people that are coming with any questions or problems. They are very discreet as a matter of fact I don't even know if I realized they were there except when I needed them. They blended with the background very well..They weren't pushy or rushing you out of the church so they could get the casket into the hearse. If you need a funeral home and at some point in your life you will. this is definitely the place to go to. They are just amazing. I highly highly recommend them. I just can't say enough about how wonderful this J Kevin Tidd Funeral Home is. One extremely pleased customer!

My husband died unexpectedly while in Michigan. Sarah was very kind & provided the support i needed. She knew exactly what needed to be done after I told her my husband's wishes. She suggested a 30 minute visitation for 10-12 people. This was acceptable since we are still in the midst of Covid. Then he was cremated. His ashes came to me in Utah, rather quickly. Along with the biggest flag I've ever seen given to the family of a veteran. It is enormous. I greatly appreciate the time Sarah gave me & the reassurance. My husband's family were mean & hateful & Sarah helped me with the decision for the shortened visitation. She maintained calm and made a traumatic event acceptable & less stressful. I haven't made arrangements for placement of my husband's ashes but am comfortable saying, I know Sarah will be helpful in helping me with that.
