My family and I were extremely satisfied with the wonderful caring and attention to detail of the staff at Chartersville Funeral Home. We found that all the arrangements were exactly as planned and went off without a hitch. These folks are very professional and compassionate and we would not hesitate to highly recommend them. They provided piece-of-mind during a difficult time, and we received numerous comments on how wonderful the service was. Our sincerest appreciation to Mathieu and the rest of the staff.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been to this funeral home several times since it’s opening and I have to say the service is awful!! A death is a difficult time for people, a little caring and kindness goes a long way and doesn’t cost a dime. Instead of feeling welcomed and comforted you are greeted with a glare over the desk or a side glance. It doesn’t take long to see that these folks are only in it for the money and don’t care about the deceased and their loved ones.
