My mother passed away Feb 2020 in London Ontario and I had traveled up from Rhode Island to be by her side when she passed. I had made zero funeral arrangements and was naïve as to what needed to be done prior to her passing. I called Harris Funeral Home just on their online reviews. Steve Harris returned my call, was so incredibly accommodating and made the entire process less painful than it could have been. His words to me just hours before my mother passed were "stay with your mom, time is precious right now and we can take care of everything after she passes". True to his word, Steve took care of everything with patience, kindness and professionalism. I don't expect I will ever need the services of Harris Funeral Home again but without hesitation, would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had the need to find a funeral home in London to assist me in carrying out the wishes of my high school sweetheart and wife of 45 years upon her recent passing. From our first contact with Managing Director Stephen Harris, Christy and Peter of Team Harris we were offered Excellence in Customer Service and Follow-through. The Team exemplified the highest level of RESPECT, COMPASSION, EMPATHY, PATIENCE, CARE and PROFESSIONALISM which could be offered to us during this very sad and stressful time, not having had the luxury of a pre-arranged funeral. We were never ever made to feel pressured into making any decisions which we did not feel comfortable doing so. We were provided with patient compassion in reviewing the logistics, order of service and all requirements corresponding to the care and hosting of the Celebration of Life of our Loved One. Harris Funeral Home recently took care of the all the final arrangements after the passing of a family member during the lock down restrictions. Steve Harris and his excellent team were exceptional with their attentive approach and with the care shown to my family. Harris Funeral Home is an A+. Sensitive. Thoughtful. Empathetic. Professional. Kind. When my mom passed away, they took care of EVERYTHING. Funeral arrangements, removal of body, visitation, photos and video setup for visitation, limousines, obit announcements, flowers at funeral home, church and cemetery.. everything! Even thank you cards. I didn't have to do a thing.. they walked me through everything. They even helped with death benefits paperwork. What more can I say?
