I highly recommend Seaver Funeral Services. The owner, Bill Seaver, treated us like family. Bill and staff left no stone unturned when looking for ways to help my family and I in our time of grief. Seaver Funeral Services' dedication to being helpful and accommodating at every step of this difficult process was immensely helpful and heart-warming. They saved us money and time, and navigated us through an arduous process we knew nothing of. I don't think it can be overstated the warmth and professionalism we encountered when working with them. Along with the memories of my Mom's final days I have the memory of a family business that showed us heart and soul, supporting us in our time of grief and treating us with kindness and compassion.

Trying to get my fathers funeral arranged, he died from COVID and I guess they don’t realize death is hard and it takes a while to get everything situated. I get a call from the manager I guess saying that they just want to make sure they’re going to get paid. Is it cause we’re black? Who assumes we’re not going to pay automatically? And that it’s so much work for their team because of his size and him being COVID positive. No sorry for your loss or my condolences or anything. I thought funeral homes were supposed to be helpful in this process. I tell him I can’t do it myself and I’m waiting for family (my dads brother and sister in law) to come in Saturday to help with the arrangements. He says just make sure you make an appointment with a time. Ridiculous.

I would not recommend them. I have yet to get my brother’s ashes who died Feb 6. I am getting the runaround. First, I am told they ran out of shipping boxes and now he meant to mail them last Friday, but forgot and my brother’s ashes are still in his car since last Friday. Unacceptable! Grieving is hard enough, but to have the wonder where your lived one’s ashes are and unable to schedule a funeral service is beyond cruelty!
