Went to do a viewing and body was not available for viewing. Was told to wait 1/2 hour and so I waited and waited . I eventually left after being told that They no idea when the body would be ready for viewing. I spent over 2 hours waiting to pay my respect to the deceased and never had the opportunity to do so. I am being kind rating this service 2 stars.

March does a great job with making your loved one look as natural as possible and I thank them for that but on the other hand they are extremely unorganized and they are thieves as well. You have to call them several times to have them honor your wishes and they still may not honor them. Do Not purchase flowers from them. My family paid top dollar for flowers and the flowers were dead!!!! I feel that they take advantage of those grieving and I would Never entrust another loved one to March Funeral Home West.

I will highly recommend this Funeral Home to others in order to honor a loved one based upon how my mom's funeral was handled. I didn't have one dime when I walked through the door (mom died unexpectedly without insurance). The funeral directors were patient, kind and told me 'we will get through this'. Several members of my community stepped up to help cover the expenses of the burial and my mom was laid to rest as if she was a queen. So thankful for the care and respect the staff provided.

Terrible...My fiancé clothes went missing...They did a horrible job on his make up... He had blood leaking from his head all over the pillow for my children to see....Please if you care about your loved ones send off do not use this joke of a funeral home!!!!!!

Due to business travel I could not make the services, however another dear friend was able to attend our love one's viewing and reported back to me that our love one looked to be himself and at peace. That being said gave me much consultation during this great loss.
