Bob Woodhouse and his staff were friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. They handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed during the difficult time of my loved one's passing. The day we had to come and sign off on documents and complete everything was very difficult, however, I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. They took the time to explain everything in detail. They definitely took our feelings & emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated
