Horrible. Don’t ever bring a loved one here

Please save your money ! And let a more caring funeral home prepare your loved one for goodbyes. Carl Miller funereal home robbed this family of seeing there brother/cousin for the last time ! Such a critical and emotional time to have to bury your loved you should not be disrespected by these money hungry people because they don’t care period. It’s called “Never use Carl Miller Funeral Home” the YouTube video I seen of them not embalming someone brother after him being there for days and the family had already gave them permission to embalm him ! Due to there negligence , lack of order , and selfishness they did not do it. Instead they met with the family multiple times to discuss pay ofcourse but failed to bring up the fact he was not embalmed yet eventhough the family gave permission already ... then followed up to say they also lost a loved one as if they no longer care . And there family is not priority anymore Carl Miller funereal home robbed this family of seeing there brother/cousin for the last time. there is nothing no one can do . There are so many other place you can go where they will actually care ! This place is old , dirty , and not the place to go I only gave 1 star because it made me give a star

Very disappointed and hurt. My urn was filled and sealed without my permission. My 8yr old granddaughter and I was not given the opportunity to do what we wanted with her mother's ashes. Why would you do this without asking the family ???? first. I'm so hurt and heartbroken.

This is going to be one of those funeral homes that closes down and the authorities are gonna find hidden neglected rotten bodies that have been in there for a long time, it smells like it already does. Oh and you will be greeted by roaches right when you walk in some are so big they'll ask you for your coat and hat before they show you to the office where you will see so many more walking on the wall behind the funeral director as he's talking to you they'll be doing a special tap dance for your entertainment. . And you'll take home on your close a few of them along with the stench of death in your nostrils and clothes but worse you will taste it when you eat for a day or 2 after your nauseating visit. I suggest you stay faraway you have been warned of the horrors that await you!

Your Hearse driver almost caused two accidents on 2 different occasions on 295 this morning by cutting me and one other person off with no room to move over. i almost hit the hearse, the driver behind me almost hit me. And then he did it again two minutes later to someone else. That's the impression we have of your business from the sign on your vehicle.

Where do I begin. My mother didn't look anything like herself. They completely messed up her program with alot of false information that I've said to them multiple times. How did she pass in May if it's only March. Her birth place was wrong. Now I'm calling these people to make the final payment and they don't return my call. Service is terrible. NEVER AGAIN.

My loved one didn't look anything like himself. The body was prepared horrid. I thought I was at the wrong funeral home had to ask the staff if I was at the right funeral. I think embalming took place to late. He was light skinned & looked dark black & severely swollen beyond recognition. Parlor carpet stained dirty and disgusting & smelled horrible. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

I attend my girlfriend service yesterday. She was laid out beautiful. Every one that attend hands were sanitized. The place was neat and clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. She had a full house coming. They were very organized.

What Carl Miller Funeral home did to John John was UNFORGIVABLE!!! Robbing his family of the chance to say their final goodbyes. No refrigerator unit and did not embalm his body. Letting him decompose. Plus, their funeral home is run down, smells, dirty, old carpeting and roaches. Very unpleasant and not worth the money you pay.
