While on a cruise last month, my father passed away. If it had not been for Ian's incredible help, planning and attention it could have been a nightmare. Before we left Ian had suggested we make a funeral plan just in case (my father was elderly). We made plans for ourselves, including death insurance in a foreign country, and planned ahead for my father as well. Luckily we did. Ian took care of EVERYTHING until we got back a couple of days later. I could not have gone through my dad's passing without Ian by our side. Ian was very sympathetic and personable and he took care of EVERYTHING. His prices were cheaper than some of the other funeral homes we checked out and he gave us our options without being pushy.
