The woman who was hired to speak about my friend instead spoke mostly about herself and what she learnt about a topic. That is disgraceful. Please do not hire self-centred folks that will make this grieving process all about them. The families and friends are already going through enough. You need to be writing the speech about the departed. Who in their right mind would not realize that.

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, the staff at Memory Gardens made things much easier and guided us through everything we needed from what I can only describe as one of the longest weeks of my life that somehow went by so quickly. David and his staff are excellent, very responsive to emails, and went above and beyond our expectations. The location as well is wonderful because it is out of the city in a beautiful setting, and the grounds are well maintained. Pricing is all regulated so no need to feel like you are being taken advantage of.

We visit Memory Gardens often to pay our respects to family. The staff make us feel at home here! For special events Memory Gardens has provided families with flowers to adorn a loved one’s resting place; we’ve met new friends while sharing a horse drawn carriage ride throughout the beautiful cemetery; we’ve attended very informative seminars here and we were blessed to have met our very own funeral advisor, Joanna Faiella. Her gentle, kind but professional demeanor has really been a God send to my husband and I while we work through the many details we don’t want left to our grown children. The staff was incredible and accommodating during a difficult time and guided us through every step. Darcy and Lisa, especially, were wonderful to deal with. The facility (funeral home) and grounds are beautiful and the service from the staff in all areas was great. Although there were some technical glitches this week due to some unforeseen issues, all turned out well. I would recommend Memory Gardens to those who are considering this for their final services for their families.

I'm writing this to let people know that working with this place is wonderful. The staff are very warm and inviting and make you feel at ease given your situation. They take care of the grounds really well and if you need something done for your grave site they are more than happy to make it look the way you would expect it to. We have been dealing with Lisa and she is great to work with. She will go out of her way to help you in whatever you need either in the financial aspect or just choosing what you want for your resting place. She keeps you up to date with any future events on the grounds and with how things are going with regard to your plot. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of a place to be in the future.

The big old man who drives the Cadillac with the 180 WIN licence plate who works there is an awful person. He just ran me off the road in the winter and was swerving all over the lane. He pulled in here and so did I to confront him and he had nothing to say for himself- literally. He just ignored me! I asked him why he would that and said nothing. Maybe he needs more business because he could have killed me.

During the summer of last year, when I first walked into the offices at Memory Gardens Breslau to start my search for a suitable final resting place for two, I found a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and was made to feel comfortable dealing with what was for me a difficult process. Joanna, the Pre Planning Director who managed my case was very helpful in explaining and showing the options available. She did a walk around to show existing examples in the cemetery. In my case I chose a Columbarium double Niche in a nice location near where other members of my family rested. Joanna later displayed examples for the design of a plaque and took considerable time choosing the options for a plaque. I am today very satisfied with the selections made and the final result. Thank you for your professional, helpful approach and patience Joanna.
