We were very specific about the traditional rituals that we had to perform and they took care of arranging everything for us during this emotional time. The staff were very helpful with planning and very understanding of any changes that had to be made with the funeral plans. After the funeral was done they were very patient with us. The establishment is very clean, and caters to any religion, because we did Hindu, Catholic, and Muslim rites.

We recently held our mom's funeral at this facility and all went very smoothly. the funeral director took care of everything which made it so much easier for me as I didn't have to worry about anything. Amandeep organized everything with the pastor. Also the Serbian gentleman (sorry I don't recall his name) that coordinated was very kind, sympathetic and was on the ball with everything. We recently had the sad experience of the passing of our beloved daughter. The whole team at Kitchener Funeral Homes really helped make an such an anguishing experience manageable. I really can't say enough good things about Kamal, Amandeep and the rest of the team. We appreciated the fact that we could allow family from around the world to attend the services via the web. The whole process went so smoothly and there was no "nickel and diming". They even printed extra pamphlets for us at no extra charge. My only (minor) point of critique is that if you attend the actual cremation in the back room, the whole experience is quite "industrial". The room is clean and white, but is stark. The oven is also VERY loud. We found that experience to be rather harsh. I would recommend to the home that they try to add another level of separation so that the oven is seen but not heard. I've seen this in other funeral homes and it made the cremation ceremony much less upsetting. I would certainly recommend this home as the team is VERY responsive and professional. We thank them whole-heartedly for their help in getting us through the very difficult first part of the mourning process.

Fatima and Amandeep took amazing care of my brother when he passed. We ordered a custom made urn and urn pendants and they truly did not disappoint! When we picked up my brother they were extremely kind, patient, and courteous. I wish I could give them 10 stars out five that is how amazing they were. They made our time of hurt and sorrow bearable. I cannot Thank them enough for all the love they showed Tim as we as our family. We will forever be grateful to them!
