My brother passed away just before Christmas. Burton, of Direct Cremation Services, was wonderful. He made everything seem so easy and seamless. Every detail from the picking up of my brother in Toronto, bringing him to Kingston for cremation and filling out the paperwork was done efficiently and with care. A guide to Death Care in Ontario and a C.A.R.E. guide were also supplied. We couldn’t have asked for better service, especially during the Christmas season when there is a pandemic going on.
