Although my parents paid for a two-coffin and two-urn mausoleum spot about 30 years ago, when my widowed mother died in July 2016 they took down her name plate with its birth year in order to add the death year and seven months later they have still not put it back!! Also when my brother died in 2014 an urn of his ashes was placed in the same space, but Green Acres says it will cost $2000 to add his name and birth and death years on the front door, along with his parents. And they absolutely do not allow the family to add their own name plate. So his remains are in an unmarked grave in perpetuity in this cemetery.

What I don't understand is why they only allow one Urn in a casket of a deseased person like other homes do, like Glen Eden...I purchase a plot at Green Acres and told No.So Ask before you buy people

The staff were excellent they provided the help I needed when I was in a very sad place and confused the help they gave for the funeral was very much needed and the assistance they supplied with all of the financial matters after the funeral has helped me greatly

John Davidson was the Funeral Director with whom I arranged my loved one's final goodbye. My loved one's death occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore , a formal service was not possible. John and I went through the options available during this unprecedent time. Suggestions were made pertaining to my original thoughts. John was soft spoken, very considerate , most helpful in assisting in my final decisions without any pressure with regard to upgrades or purchases that were not deemed necessary. The service and respect , in my opinion, is rates A1.

We had the bare bones funeral service, and it was quite expensive. More importantly, there seemed to be a bit of disorganization or lack of communications at this funeral home. My experience here was not ideal. I wouldn't really recommend this funeral home.
