Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre is the one place in Kenora that my Indigenous family has been dealing with for years. Unfortunately this year is different due to one employee who seems to not like Indigenous people. This employee uses manipulative tactics, and guilt-trips the grieving family members when the grieving family wants to make sudden changes to their plans. This employee is a female employee, and if you are Indigenous I would say to ask to deal with the male employee for better treatment.
