This was my second time in less than one year that I had to reach out and make immediate family funeral arrangements. Pete was so compassionate and empathetic during each time. I also worked with Shelly the second time for casket selection and she was so happy to email me the options I could choose from. Amanda was our director at the service fo er my brother and she too was very accommodating. Anytime I called someone would respond very quickly. I feel like I was treated like family. Thank you all for a good experience when facing sorrow.

My dad passed away fairly unexpectedly the day after Father's day. My uncle had passed last year and my cousin recommended Schramka. We met with Amanda King the day after my dad died and organized the details of his service. I had mentioned a few details about my dad and his hobbies/passions and Schramka went above and beyond anything I could've ever dreamed. People kept coming up to me commenting about how much they loved all the little (and big) details that were absolutely perfect for my dad; I had to tell them that it wasn't me- Schramka had done ALL of that. They were shocked. It was so much my father that it couldn't have been MORE my dad even if he had walked through the front door. I can't recommend Schramka enough. They helped a daughter say goodbye to her father in the most perfect way possible, and for that I will be eternally grateful to Amanda and the team at Schramka.

We had my brother-in-laws memorial there and they did a beautiful job with everything. They had videos of his life playing in every room and they did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable to give Rick an amazing send off. The way they have the building set up was like we were not at a funeral home. Even the restrooms felt like a mini spa. The staff was very accommodating to every request we had to having food in their kitchen to even having Elvis playing in the background which was Rick's all time favorite. Rick loved fishing and the lake and the staff had a lake scene playing on the wall behind the urn which was absolutely beautiful. Rick will be missed by all and I am thankful we had such a great place to help us with this difficult time. We cannot thank John enough for his kindness and compassion he had for us. Thank you to the entire staff for making us feel at ease and not overwhelmed.
