We were part of a funeral service yesterday where they did not make sure everyone had flags. They did not make sure everyone was part of the procession of cars got out of the parking lot. Then they allowed the burial service to start without one of the children and 2 of the siblings. I've never in my life seen such a thing. Absolutely reprehensible. In response to your response we were in our car at the back of the funeral procession in the parking lot. The hearse left us and there was no police escort. We got stopped at every light bc no one made sure that the funeral procession was managed appropriately. We were in our car when we were suppossed to be with a flag and missed the burial service of my husbands uncle. So no sir this wasn't our fault as you are trying to make it appear to be. I have been in many funeral processions and your company is the only one I've been in that litterally lost half the parking lot and then blamed them for your ineptitude
